Warranties and liabilities
In cases of epilepsy, severe hip dysplasia (worse than HD-C), or elbow dysplasia diagnosed before the age of 2 years, and confirmed by licensed veterinarians approved by both the buyer and the seller, Mount Euzkadi will replace the dog/puppy with a new puppy of the same sex and comparable quality. The buyer must submit all relevant documentation, including the veterinary evaluations and reports.
This warranty does not cover giardiasis, coccidiosis, hypoglycemia, hernias, overbite, weight, height, ear carriage, reproductive capacity, missing teeth, conjunctivitis, entropion, and/or cherry eye. No guarantees are provided regarding the temperament of the puppies.
The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping or transportation costs related to the replacement puppy. If the puppy diagnosed with dysplasia has been bred at any time, this replacement guarantee shall be considered null and void.
Under no circumstances shall the seller reimburse or accept responsibility for medical expenses, veterinary fees, or any other costs related to the care or treatment of a sick puppy.
The buyer understands and agrees to provide proper preventive care for the puppy, including appropriate nutrition, suitable living conditions, adequate exercise, and prevention of injuries caused by excessive stress or improper physical activity, especially in relation to hip and elbow health.
