Terms of Sale
1. The sale price of a Cane Corso puppy starts at $3,000 USD.
2. *Payment method* Payment will be made by reservation through a bank or other means of money transfer agreed upon by the parties. The balance will be agreed upon depending on the conditions agreed upon by the parties, with a 10-day deposit required before delivery of the puppy.
3. *Delivery time*: Delivery time will depend on the country to which the puppy will be shipped, due to the different regulations in each country.
In the case of puppies that require more than 3 months' stay at the Mount Euzkad facilities, the kennel offers a boarding service (monthly payment for accommodation and care) for USD 150 per month, which includes food, accommodation and, of course, care and deworming. Mount Euzkadi is released from all responsibility in the event that the puppy becomes ill (veterinary expenses will be charged separately) or dies. The monthly payment begins at 3 months and 1 day of age.
4. *Documentation*: Official documentation for the puppy will be provided, including the pedigree and veterinary health certificate.
5.-The delivery point will be at our breeding facility, located in Santiago de Chile, Chicureo. If the puppy needs to be shipped to other regions or countries, specific transportation will be arranged according to the final destination. This transportation must be paid directly to the selected carrier 20 days before departure. Shipping crates for dogs traveling abroad must be paid for by the owners.
Warranties and liabilities
Diseases such as epilepsy and severe hip dysplasia (above HD-C) or elbow dysplasia before the age of 2 years, which have been validated by both the buyer's and seller's licensed veterinarians, ME will replace the dog/puppy with a new puppy of the same sex and quality. The buyer must submit all documents along with the evaluations performed by veterinary professionals.
This contract does not cover giardiasis, coccidiosis, hypoglycemia, hernias, overbite, weight, height, erect ears, reproductive capacity, missing teeth, conjunctivitis, entropion, and/or cherry eye.
No guarantees are offered regarding the temperament of the puppies.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping/transferring the replacement puppy. If the puppy with dysplasia has ever bred, this replacement guarantee will be void.
Under no circumstances will the seller reimburse or accept any responsibility for medical expenses, veterinary fees, or any other expenses related to the care of the sick puppy.
The buyer understands and agrees to maintain preventive care for the puppy with regard to health and hip and elbow dysplasia, such as proper nutrition, adequate living conditions, adequate exercise, and prevention of stress injuries.
Applicable Law
1. *Applicable law*: The sale and delivery of the puppy shall be subject to the laws of Chile.
2. *Jurisdiction*: Any dispute arising from the sale and delivery of the puppy shall be resolved in the courts of Chile.
