PURCHASE AND SALE CONTRACT AND WARRANTY
Mount Euzkadi Cane Corso Kennel (ME) guarantees that the purchased puppy is a pure-bred Cane Corso. ME certifies that the purchased puppy is healthy and has no known diseases at the time of sale/shipment. It is also certified that the puppy is registered in the records of the Kennel Club of Chile, an entity federated to the FCI (International Cynological Federation).
Our puppies are delivered with an original certificate of origin where all family history is specified. This certificate is attached with their health vaccination card, corresponding chip implantation and a statement of ownership for registration in the national pet registry. In the case of dogs that will go abroad, their Export Pedigree is also attached in the name of the new owner.
Once the puppy has left the breeder's possession, the seller is no longer responsible for the care of the puppy or for any preventable condition that may affect the puppy after departure. Buyer is responsible for keeping puppy safe and away from sick animals, contaminated areas, heat, cold, and drafty areas. ME treats all puppies for parasites, worms, fleas, and ticks before leaving the facility.
WARRANTY
Diseases such as epilepsy and SEVERE HD hip dysplasia (up HD-C) or elbow before 2 years of age that are validated by buyer's and seller's licensed veterinarian, ME will replace the dog/puppy with a new puppy of the same sex and quality. The buyer must present all documents along with evaluations performed by veterinary professionals.
This contract does not cover giardiasis, coccidiosis, hypoglycemia, hernias, overbite, weight, height, standing ears, reproductive capacity, missing teeth, conjunctivitis, entropion and/or Cherry Eye. No guarantees are made regarding the temperament of the puppies
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping/transferring the replacement puppy. If the puppy with dysplasia has ever bred, this replacement guarantee will be void. Under no circumstances will the seller reimburse or accept any responsibility for medical expenses, veterinary fees, or any other expenses related to the care of the sick puppy.
The buyer understands and agrees to maintain preventative care for the puppy as it relates to health and hip and elbow dysplasia, such as proper nutrition, proper living conditions, adequate exercise, and prevention of stress injuries.
If males are to be bred, they must be at least 12 months old. Females must be at least 16 months old.
CONDITIONS OF SALE, SHIPPING TO USA AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The buyer must make a reservation deposit of $1,500 USD that will serve as the number of choices within the selection of puppies in the litter. The balance must be paid in full before the puppy reaches 3 months of age.
In the case of puppies whose final destination is the USA, to comply with the requirements for entry into this country, we must wait until the puppy have 6 months old. Therefore, ME offers a boarding service (monthly payment for accommodation and care), 200 USD per month, which although it includes food, accommodation, and of course care and deworming, ME is released from all responsibility in case the puppy gets sick (veterinary expenses will be charged separately) or dies. In the case of clients who request ear and tail cropping, this will have an extra cost of $700 USD, and the puppy must be paid in full before the surgery, and releasing ME from all responsibility in case of accidental death during the procedure.
Shipping costs will be charged to the buyer, who will be responsible for agreeing with the buyer the dates and schedule of departure. Transport boxes in the case of dogs traveling abroad must be paid for by the owners.
